What we need from you

To best evaluate a teaming or subcontracting partnership, we request the following details from potential government partners:

Capability statement

A 1-page Capability Statement (PDF) detailing core competencies, UEI/CAGE code, and past performance.

NAICS codes and designations

Primary NAICS Codes and relevant socio-economic designations (e.g., SDVOSB, 8(a), WOSB, HUBZone).

Solicitation reference

Specific Solicitation / RFP Reference (if pitching an active opportunity) along with your target work share or technical scope.

Our partnership process after submission

Once a company submits their capability statement and partnership inquiry, our compliance and acquisitions team initiates a structured review process:

1. Vetting and capability alignment

We perform an initial review of your UEI, CAGE code, SAM.gov status, and NAICS codes to align your technical strengths with upcoming federal, state, and local solicitations or grant programs.

2. Teaming outreach and NDA execution

If there is immediate alignment with an active RFP or pipeline opportunity, our team reaches out within 2 business days to schedule a preliminary strategy call and execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Teaming Agreement (TA).

3. Joint proposal and prime execution

We integrate your technical scope and past performance into our unified proposal under our prime management framework, preparing us to jointly submit, win, and execute the contract upon award.
